World Cup Tennis II

Hello Members,
I guess some of you have already seen Joe’s email announcing the above and also the Barbecue on Men’s Finals day down at Wendover – I have already received some responses from people booking their place for the tournament.
I will be running the tournament along the same lines as the previous tournament. There will be five teams and again for every game won there will be a point awarded.
I will hope to run 3 rounds and each match will be 15 minutes long. There will be 4 matches in each round (so you should all get 3 hours of tennis with a 15 minute rest each hour).
I hope that we will get a good spread of all abilities so that as well as fun it will be competitive
The Tournament needs 30 players to operate.

The closing date for your email to me will be the 30th June 2014 but I can only accept the first 30 people who apply so do it as fast as you can!
I also will be looking for a couple of people to assist me on the day so if you are available please let me know.
Once I have finalised the Teams after the 30th June 2014 I will send out a further email/ notification on club website with more details.
